Every year approximately 25 billion Danish kroner is donated by more than 4600 Danish foundations to thousands of nonprofits all working to make the world a better place. But no one has the overview of who donates to what, what results are created and who collaborates.
Found Aid has developed the impact reporting platform Foundgood funded by five funders to help all funders and change makers understand the impact they have together.
Found Aid runs a Community of Practice on Impact Management and understand result using data for Danish foundations, funded by Novo Nordisk Foundation. 17 grant makers and impact investors meet quarterly to learn and innovate to make good money well spent.

Innovation network for funders on using data to understand and manage impact
The network connect Danish funders and impact investors to learn, discuss and innovate on how to better use data to understand results and manage impact.
The network is funded by Novo Nordisk Foundation and currently 17 leading Danish funders participate in the quarterly meetings.
All funders are welcome to join and there is no requirement to use Foundgood. Please get in touch with us if you want to learn more!

Our journey started in 2017 when the idea of
foundgood and the probono network was born –
inspired by the digital transformation in private
companies and the power of the platform economies
– enabling
partnerships and collaboration.

Proof of concept: Complete
Prototype developed to gauge interest amongst foundations and nonprofits and understand key motivators for both.
AUTUMN 2018
Pilot release: Complete
First version of the platform built, first user accounts for four foundations and their pilot grantees created, first initiatives created and reported on. First probono work done with Lauritzen Foundation, Implement Consulting and Ventilen

Meet the founder
Meet the founder
Hanne Brinch is a senior business transformation leader and innovative problem solver with a vision of a strong civil society where philanthropic foundations and impact investors play a key role doing good. Hanne single-handedly founded the purpose-driven company Found Aid in 2017 to make it easy to do good and spent money well – inspired by the platform economies and the power of big data.
She is building on her strategy execution experience and project management experience from 21 years in some of the largest and best performing companies in the world. She has a deep passion and proven track record for data driven decisions with an impact - to harnesh our society with humanity in the era of exponential technological change.
